The veterinary assistant will perform clinical tasks such as venipuncture, catheter placement, laboratory diagnostics, and patient monitoring under anesthesia. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate digital medical records and ensuring a clean, safe environment following infectious disease protocols.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of veterinary experience in a general practice or emergency setting. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
The pay range for this position is $21.00-$25.00 / hour. Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials.
