Provide direct physical therapy services to adult residents with various medical conditions under the direction of a physical therapist. Responsibilities include performing treatments, maintaining accurate documentation, and communicating effectively with the care team.
Candidates must hold an associate degree in an accredited physical therapist assistant program and possess current state licensure. While new graduates are encouraged to apply, one year of experience is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications: One year of experience as a PTA
