This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working with children in a collaborative, play-based environment and is available for afternoon and evening hours.Key Responsibilities:Provide occupational therapy treatment to pediatric patients under the direction of a licensed Occupational TherapistImplement individualized treatment plans focused on functional skill development, sensory integration, and independenceEngage children and families through creative, play-based therapy approachesAccurately document treatment sessions in a timely mannerCollaborate with therapists, families, and caregivers to support carryover of skillsSchedule:Part-timeAfternoon and evening availability required QualificationsThe Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant would perform skilled direct patient care activities under the clinical supervision of the Occupational Therapist.QUALIFICATIONS:Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant programCurrent or eligible for state licensePrefer active membership with the American Occupational Therapy Association (not required)Prefer minimum one (1) year experienceNew graduates welcome to applyExcellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skillsAdditional InformationSupportive, team-oriented clinic environmentFlexible schedulingOpportunities for clinical growth and developmentEmployee-owned company (ESOP) with a culture of shared success
