The Interventional Radiology Technologist assists radiologists with complex imaging procedures, including angiography and minimally invasive vascular interventions. They are responsible for patient preparation, equipment operation, and ensuring high-quality diagnostic imaging while maintaining safety and efficiency.
Candidates must hold a certificate in Radiology and possess at least two years of radiology experience, with a preference for special procedure technologist experience. Required certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS) and state-level X-Ray Operator licensing.
