The Float Pool ICU Registered Nurse (RN) provides staffing support throughout Vineland and Elmer medical centers ICUs to adequately meet the volume and acuity of patients. Float Pool RNs perform direct patient care in a variety of ICU settings and may be reassigned to the Step-Down Units.
Candidates must hold a current New Jersey RN license and possess at least 3 years of post-education clinical experience in ICU units. Applicants are required to have BLS, ACLS, and Critical Care course completion upon hire.
