Requires a Master's or Doctorate degree in psychology, counseling, or social work with an active California license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, PhD, or PsyD). Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in residential or high-acuity behavioral health settings working with adolescents.

This position is full-time, onsite and one day out of the weekends is included, Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy for teens ages 12–17 in our Joint Commission-accredited residential treatment program. You'll be embedded in the milieu alongside psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow clinicians—not isolated in an office. This is meaningful clinical work with adolescents facing mental health and substance use challenges.
