The LPN will assist the nurse manager with physician orders, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs for patients in a crisis stabilization program. They will also provide direct support, education, and guidance to help consumers maintain their health and develop independent living skills.
The candidate must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) capable of working in a behavioral health setting. The role requires the ability to perform occasional in-home visits and provide direct care to individuals in a community crisis stabilization environment.
