Responsibilities

Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic activities, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training, to improve participation in daily activities, independence, and overall quality of life.
Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

Licensed Occupational Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice) Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care New graduates interested in Pediatrics are encouraged to apply

About

Compensation

$72K-90K + Sign On Bonus of up to $5k + weekly bonus based on patient volume, average less than 12 patients per day, and 1:1 treatment model! 4 day option available.
