The Medical Assistant provides essential patient care by recording medical histories, measuring vital signs, and preparing patients for examinations. They also maintain clinical operations by cleaning exam rooms, sterilizing equipment, and performing administrative tasks such as billing and scheduling.
Candidates typically require a degree from a technical school or an applicable skilled trades program with 0 to 2 years of experience. While CMA certification is not required, strong communication, interpersonal, and clerical skills are necessary for the role.
Bryn Mawr Medical Specialists is in need of several full-time Medical Assistants to join their growing team. The Medical Assistant plays a vital role in providing excellent patient care and ensures smooth clinical operations. This role works along-side physicians, physician assistants, and nurses.
The potential base pay range for this position is $20-$22 per hour.
