The RN is responsible for delivering safe, quality patient-centered care across ambulatory surgery and recovery room settings. Duties include preparing patients for surgery, collaborating during operative episodes, and ensuring accurate documentation and specimen handling.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school with a current Michigan RN license and at least two years of perioperative experience. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required within one year of hire.
Scheurer, a critical access rural hospital, is seeking a registered nurse to work as a casual-as needed employee in the Surgical Services Department. The Ambulatory Surgery RN is responsible for the delivery of safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in Surgical Services Ambulatory area for all patient populations.
