The Regional Float CNA delivers efficient nursing care and performs various patient care activities to ensure the comfort and needs of residents. They work across multiple affiliated skilled nursing centers to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Candidates must have successfully completed a state-approved certified nursing assistant program. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required, along with basic computer skills.
We have Certified Nursing Assistant -- CNA float nursing pool opportunities available at multiple affiliated skilled nursing centers within a geographic area. Work a minimum of two (2) shifts a week including every other weekend or full-time hours depending on open shifts. As a Regional Float CNA, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. You will also perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of our patients.
*Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program is required. *Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors at the work site when responding to their medical and physical needs. *Basic knowledge of computers or willingness to learn is required. *Must attend a minimum of 12 hours continuing education programs provided by the center to maintain certification.
