Provide quality nursing care to patients and their families in homes or facilities under the supervision of an RN. Ensure patient needs are met during end-of-life journeys while working night shifts.
Must be a licensed LPN in the State of Ohio with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Requires CPR certification and the ability to pass criminal background and drug screenings.
We provide superior care for patients in families in homes/facilities. The Extended Hours LPN will provide quality nursing care to patients in a manner that meets the patient and family needs, working under the direction and supervision of an RN. You could provide superior clinical care to patients and their families.
