Provide direct support, skill training, and personal care to individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges. Maintain accurate data, implement behavior plans, and coordinate effectively with employers and stakeholders.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and a valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record. The ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs is required.
