The Nursing Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Assistant Chief Nursing Executive, including scheduling medical appointments and managing patient transportation. They are also responsible for maintaining medical equipment inventory and implementing systems to track transportation and equipment activities.
Candidates must have prior administrative experience in an inpatient psychiatric or hospital setting with direct patient contact. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, while a bachelor's degree and experience with electronic health records are preferred.
