The Wound Nurse will provide specialized nursing care to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents. They are responsible for conducting thorough assessments, managing medications, and collaborating with the care team to ensure comprehensive resident care.
Candidates must hold a current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana. A strong passion for geriatric nursing and the ability to accurately document changes in resident conditions are required.
