The orthodontist will conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using braces and aligners. They are also responsible for educating patients on oral hygiene and collaborating with other dental specialists to ensure high-quality care.
Candidates must hold a DMD or DDS degree along with an Orthodontic Certificate from an accredited dental school. Additionally, an active state dental license, CPR/BLS certification, DEA certification, and an NPI number are required.
