They are responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field and possess an active Arizona behavioral health license. A minimum of two years of experience is preferred, along with the ability to obtain necessary certifications like CPR and a fingerprint clearance card.
