Mercy Medical Center in Aurora, IL, is seeking a dedicated full-time Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN physician to join our dynamic women’s health team. As part of our state-of-the-art facility located in Chicago's Northwest side, you’ll deliver exceptional care to a diverse patient population, from routine gynecologic services to complex obstetric cases, in a supportive and innovative environment. Responsibilities

  • Full-time employed, day-shift schedule
  • Schedule: 16-20 hours of general clinical time (16 hrs clinic, 3-4 hrs surgery)
  • Labor: One 24-hour restricted labor shift per week (post-call day off)
  • OB/GYN Mix: Slightly GYN-focused, with flexibility to adjust clinic time for surgery (robotics available)
  • Clinic Volume: 20 patients per session
  • Earning Potential: $330,000 - $425,000 with productivity bonus

Qualifications

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Active or eligible for Illinois medical license

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $330,000-425,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
