We specialize in supporting individuals, parents, women, couples, and young adults, with a focus on emotional wellness, life transitions, and relationship healing.
We are seeking a licensed clinician (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) to provide high-quality outpatient mental health services in our Oakland office. This role includes a mix of in-person (80%) and telehealth sessions, with flexibility based on clinician availability and client needs.

Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes) Manage a caseload of approximately 15–25 clients (depending on FTE) Deliver services both in-person (Oakland office) and via telehealth Collaborate with clinical team and participate in case consultation as needed Ensure compliance with BBS regulations, ethical standards, and Aryana policies Support continuity of care and appropriate referrals when needed Preferred Areas of Focus

LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC (required) Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Experience working with diverse and underserved communities Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Comfortable with EHR systems (experience with Sessions Health is a plus)
