The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for the safe and effective use of medications through clinical rounding, precepting, and staffing. They also perform order verification, medication reconciliation, and ensure adherence to hospital formulary policies.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree and possess a valid Registered Pharmacist license in the State of Ohio. Previous experience in clinical pharmacy practice with emphasis on sterile products and unit dose systems is preferred.
