The RN provides care coordination across the continuum while assessing physical symptoms and providing psychological support to patients and families. They also mentor team members and promote best practices while maintaining a professional disposition.
Candidates must hold an active Illinois Registered Nursing license and an Associate Degree. Proficiency in Microsoft software and BLS certification are required, with ACLS and a BSN preferred.
The RN Prompt Care protects, promotes and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of the registered nurse licensure. Collaborating with providers and multi-disciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum; assesses and supports physical symptoms, provides psychological support to patients, friends, and families. Mentors assigned team members and promotes best practices. Maintains professional disposition at all times.
