Available Shifts 10hr Day Shift on Friday and fill in 6 hr weekend shifts available
Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse Perform treatments, services, and diagnostic procedures as directed Monitor and report changes in patient condition, symptoms, or reactions Deliver preventative, rehabilitative, or palliative care in accordance with the care plan Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with family and care team Continue professional development through in-services and job-based learning
