The Hospice LVN will provide direct hands-on care to patients and families during the transition of life. They will ensure the quality and safe delivery of hospice services and keep the Case Manager informed of all changes in condition.
Candidates must have a current LVN license in the State of California and preferably one year of experience, with hospice experience being a plus. The role requires the implementation of current nursing practices within the scope of practice.

Requirements: of Hospice:
Current LVN license in State of CA One year of experience preferred Experience in hospice preferred
