The Physical Therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, re-evaluating, planning discharge, and revising the established plan of care as directed by a physician. This role involves providing exceptional therapy services to residents within the senior living community setting.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program and hold the required state certification and active state license. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills are necessary, along with the ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
