• Overview: We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Direct Care Staff Member to join our team on the Day Shift and Night Shift. In this role, you’ll support individuals in a residential care setting, helping them maintain comfort, safety, and dignity throughout the night. • Key
• Responsibilities: Monitor residents and provide personal care as needed Assist with hygiene routines, repositioning, and safety checks Administer medications per care plans and maintain proper documentation Respond to resident needs promptly and professionally Collaborate with team members and communicate any concerns Maintain accurate records and update care logs Foster a respectful, supportive, and calm environment

Qualifications

Prior caregiving experience (especially in memory care or assisted living) preferred Comfortable working independently Medication administration knowledge or willingness to learn Strong communication and problem-solving skills Physically able to assist with mobility and resident transfers Valid driver’s license preferred Must be dependable and compassionate Schedule: 8 Hour Shifts Monday to Friday with rotating weekends
