Direct Care Staff Location: Milton, PA 17847 Pay: $14.68 - $15.26/hour | Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN Overview: We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Direct Care Staff Member to join our team on the Day Shift and Night Shift. In this role, you’ll support individuals in a residential care setting, helping them maintain comfort, safety, and dignity throughout the night. Prior caregiving experience (especially in memory care or assisted living) preferred Comfortable working independently Medication administration knowledge or willingness to learn Strong communication and problem-solving skills Physically able to assist with mobility and resident transfers Valid driver’s license preferred Must be dependable and compassionate Schedule: 8 Hour Shifts Monday to Friday with rotating weekends
