PRN Pathology Assistant

Education Master's Degree Of Science in Pathologists' Assistant (Required) and Bachelor's Degree From an accredited training program for Pathologists’ Assistant (Required) or In a biological science (prior to 2005) (Required) Work Experience Previous experience (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Basic knowledge of human anatomy; (Required proficiency) microsurgical techniques; (Required proficiency) pathologic disease processes; (Required proficiency) understanding of safety and infection control requirements of position. (Required proficiency) Skills in obtaining/preparing tissue for evaluation; (Required proficiency) written and verbal communication, computer operation, organization, prioritizing, problem solving, time management, decision making.
