Matthew 25’s Mission

• “We exist to serve those at risk for, living with, or impacted by HIV or other STIs through comprehensive healthcare, education, and support while fostering community partnerships to combat stigma and improve overall healthcare and quality of life.”
• Overview: The Primary Care Nurse Practitioner will deliver comprehensive primary care services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS, while also offering prevention and treatment options including Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP), Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP), and Hepatitis C care. The Primary Care Nurse Practitioner will effectively communicate and work in conjunction with staff involved in patient treatment and participate in case consultation, complete necessary documentation related to direct services provided and, as necessary, assist in coordination of treatment with other providers.

Qualifications

A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is required at minimum. Maintain a current and unencumbered Kentucky and/or Indiana license, along with national certification. 2 – 3 years family practice or primary care, preferred.
