URGENTLY HIRING CAREGIVER FOR HOUSTON LOCATION - that will provide the following services to a client:

Duties and Responsibilities

Home management and care planning Medical advocacy Prescription medical management Help with personal hygiene and care Assisting with meals and nutrition Help with mobility Home maintenance and basic house keeping Errands Keeping them company Reporting and monitoring the patients’ health changes Other Responsibilties may include: Communication: Maintaining clear communication with the individual, their family and other health care professionals.

Documentation

Keeping accuarte records of care provided and any changes in the individuals condition.
