Provide overnight care including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and medical management for patients. Responsible for basic housekeeping, meal preparation, and monitoring health changes while maintaining clear communication with families.
This is an entry-level position requiring the ability to handle overnight shifts. Candidates must be capable of performing basic home maintenance and providing essential patient care.
Scheuled hours: Thursday-Sunday 9pm-9am OVERNIGHT 48 hrs Essential
Basic laundry Shopping and running errands Prescription medical management Help with personal hygiene and care Assisting with meals and nutrition Help with mobility and transfer Home maintenance and basic housekeeping Keeping them company Reporting and monitoring the patients’ health changes Other Responsibilities may include: Communication: Maintaining clear communication with the individual, their family and other health care professionals.
Keeping accurate records of care provided and any changes in the individual’s condition.
Ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
