The Registered Nurse will manage a caseload of Peritoneal Dialysis patients, providing clinical care and training them on self-care procedures. They will also conduct home visits, monitor treatment progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Candidates must hold a valid RN license and a driver's license with reliable transportation. An Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) is required, while a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts Weekends and holidays off Flexible scheduling to manage your own caseload
RN license in the state of practice Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation ADN required; BSN preferred Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
Dialysis (PD, HHD, chronic, or acute) Patient education or teaching background Case management or telehealth experience CNN or CDN certification
