Registered Nurse (RN) - Palm Beach County, FL

• What You'll Do Conduct skilled nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans for home health patients Administer medications, IV therapy, wound care, and other skilled nursing interventions Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and self-care strategies Monitor patient progress and coordinate with physicians and the care team Collaborate with therapists, aides, and other clinicians to deliver seamless, whole-person care Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with home health standards What You Bring Active RN license in the State of Florida (Compact license accepted) 1+ year of home health or clinical nursing experience preferred Current CPR/BLS certification Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation Proof of TB test, required immunizations, and health clearance OASIS documentation experience is a plus A genuine passion for patient-centered care and community health
