The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner delivers primary and specialty patient care, assessing needs, creating and managing personal care plans, and advocating for patients and partners within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes for our clients.

This is a high-impact, patient-facing role which involves delivering compassionate and empathetic in-person, telephonic and video-based (telehealth) patient engagement and monitoring.
As part of an interdisciplinary team, The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with professionals to provide a comprehensive plan of care, comply with all regulatory and safety standards, and participate in quality improvement and staff education initiatives.
Master’s degree or Doctorate in Nursing Practice from an accredited institution required. At least two years’ experience as a Nurse Practitioner Experience in substance use disorders (SUDs) and/or mental health Current state licensure Board Certified PMHNP Controlled Substance / DEA Certification First Aid / CPR Certification CPI Certification
