About the role

Provide family-centered treatment services to children and adolescents in the Lumberton area. Collaborate with a diverse team to support whole-person wellness and professional growth.

$45,000-$55,000/Year + Incentive Bonuses — Join our Family Centered Treatment team as a Qualified Mental Health Professional in the Lumberton, NC area. Qualified Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of accumulated experience working with children/adolescents in the mental health field and a bachelor’s degree in human services (psychology, sociology, or other). FCT experience is not required, though candidates with prior FCT experience may be eligible for a higher starting salary.
