00pm-10:00pm and works in person at a location in South Point, Ohio. Exact location will be given upon hire to protect client confidentiality. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CMS for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will provide support and assistance to individuals struggling with substance abuse disorders.

Duties

• Conduct case management with clients as needed
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitor and document client progress

Qualifications

• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
• Experience in outpatient settings and crisis management
• Ability to manage medical records accurately
