The physical therapist evaluates patients to determine functional levels and establishes personalized treatment plans based on physician orders. They are responsible for performing therapy techniques, documenting patient progress, and coordinating care with other health professionals.
The candidate must be capable of performing physical therapy procedures across various patient populations including neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric. The role requires adherence to clinic policies, effective time management, and participation in student training and organizational committees.
Description NOTE: This position is assigned to the Rehabilitation Clinic in Monroe
Administration of physical therapy services/procedures according to clinic policies and procedures.
Duties performed routinely require exposure to blood fluid and tissue.
