The physical therapist is responsible for completing patient evaluations, assessments, and treatments according to individualized care plans. They must also ensure all documentation and records are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Candidates must hold a valid professional license in the state of practice and be a graduate of a CAPTE accredited school. Foreign-trained applicants must have their education deemed equivalent to U.S. entry-level standards by an approved organization.
