The LPN will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient nursing care and achieve positive clinical outcomes. Responsibilities include administering medication, monitoring resident conditions, and maintaining accurate documentation according to the treatment plan.
Candidates must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing and hold a current license from the PA State Board of Nursing. Proficiency in English is required to ensure patient safety and effective communication.
Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plank of care, as well as physician’s treatment plan. Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager. Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC) Monitor resident’s conditions and report accordingly.
