The Program Assistant provides administrative, operational, and data entry support to program staff while managing quality assurance activities. They are responsible for maintaining office inventory, documenting services in electronic databases, and assisting with quality improvement initiatives.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree with one year of experience, an Associate degree with two years of experience, or a High School Diploma with five years of experience in human services or a related field. Proficiency in electronic database systems and sensitivity to diverse populations, including those with chronic health conditions, is required.
$22/hr - $25/hr commensurate with experience
We have three comprehensive healthcare plans to choose from based on your priorities and budget. Housing Works covers most of the plan; you pay a portion, based on your salary. Staff begins accruing PTO immediately for a total of up to 30 days earned in the first year. We offer employees an educational benefit. This money is available for tuition loan reimbursement, tuition costs, and text books.
The Program Assistant provides ongoing administrative, operational, and data entry support to all program staff. The position helps manage data and quality assurance activities to ensure program services and operations are functioning effectively. This position also supports the program supplies ordering, special requests, and any other non-services related support such as ticketing system, service requests, staff credentialing support, etc.
