The nurse will perform in-home start assessments and follow-up visits for home care patients. Responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, administering infusions, performing lab draws, and providing wound care.
Candidates must hold a valid Florida Nursing License and have at least one year of home health care experience. The role requires a successful background screening per Chapter 435, Florida Statutes.
