Position Summary

Matrix Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Bilingual Spanish-speaking CNA or HHA to provide care for a 24/7 home care case in Bartow, FL. This position offers consistent hours with flexible scheduling across day, night, and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on patient care in a home setting Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Support patient safety and comfort at all times Monitor and report any changes in the patient’s condition Follow the established care plan and complete required documentation
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Schedule: 24/7 case coverage Multiple shifts available (days, nights, weekends)

Requirements

Qualifications

Active CNA license or HHA certification in the state of Florida Bilingual in Spanish and English required Previous home health or caregiving experience preferred Ability to work flexible shifts for a 24/7 case Reliable transportation Strong communication and interpersonal skills
