The Clinical Therapist provides direct behavioral health services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for an assigned caseload. They deliver individual, group, and family therapy while coordinating care across providers to ensure continuity.
Candidates must hold a BSW or a master’s degree in social work or counseling. The role requires knowledge of mental health, crisis intervention, and the ability to document services in an electronic record system.

This role delivers individual, group, and/or family therapy, coordinates care across providers, and supports linkage to appropriate services to ensure continuity of care. All services are provided in alignment with Ohio MHAS standards and documented within the ISP.
