The Behavioral Health Associate monitors patient behaviors and provides direct care, supervision, and support within a multidisciplinary treatment team. They facilitate rehabilitative groups, assist with daily living activities, and respond to crisis situations while maintaining accurate patient records.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. At least six months of experience working with the specific patient population is preferred.
