In this dynamic outpatient role, you’ll deliver brief, evidence-based behavioral health and substance use disorder services within a team-based primary care setting.
Working closely with medical providers, you’ll conduct rapid assessments, provide targeted interventions and crisis support, and help develop personalized treatment plans that address the full spectrum of patient needs—from mental health and addiction to chronic conditions and life stressors.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and a Master's degree in a related field such as Psychology or Social Work. A Montana Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license and Addiction Counselor Licensure Candidate (ACLC) status are required.
