The CRNA provides independent anesthesia services across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency departments in a rural critical access environment. Responsibilities include preoperative evaluation, administration of anesthesia, airway management, and coordination of care with surgical and emergency teams.
Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia and a current Kansas APRN license with CRNA designation. Proficiency in ultrasound-guided regional blocks, obstetric anesthesia, and emergent airway management is required, with 2-3 years of independent practice preferred.
