The Psychiatric Mental Health Advance Practice Provider (APP) evaluates, diagnoses, clinically monitors, and manages patients utilizing advanced assessment skills. The APP works in collaboration with their supervising physician as part of an experienced healthcare team.
Candidates must possess a postgraduate degree and advanced practice clinician licensure. Skills in organizational, verbal, and interpersonal communication, as well as the ability to manage stress and make decisions under pressure, are essential.
