Market context

Pennsylvania rehabilitation roles stay in steady demand

In Pennsylvania, ICST Rehabilitation Specialist roles are typically driven by ongoing demand for community-based behavioral health and dual-diagnosis support. These positions are competitive because employers often look for a bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Science or a related field, experience with mental health, and practical requirements like a valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and training availability. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save research time, then confirm your experience with dual diagnosis and your readiness for the 2.5-week training period.
