The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for developing, implementing, and modifying comprehensive care plans for facility residents. They work under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians to ensure high-quality nursing care delivery.
Candidates must hold an active Licensed Practical Nurse license in the practicing state. Experience in long-term care is preferred, along with the ability to supervise nursing assistants and maintain regulatory compliance.
