Performs radiologic exams and procedures while ensuring patient privacy and confidentiality. Maintains safe operation of radiologic equipment and adheres to infection control policies and service excellence standards.
Requires 2 years of clinical training in an AMA approved program and post-high school vocational training. Must hold ARRT certification and a current Louisiana Registered Radiologic license (LSRT), or be registry eligible.
Performs radiologic exams and procedures. Provides patient privacy and confidentiality. Ensures patient care is performed in an efficient manner, meeting standards consistent with infection control policies and OLOLRMC Standards for Service Excellence. Responsible for the safe operation of radiologic equipment utilized in patient care and maintains current knowledge of the operation of any equipment used.
