The Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct care to residents by assisting with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility. They also monitor resident conditions, report changes, and assist with daily tasks such as housekeeping and dining services.
Candidates must hold a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and meet state-specific requirements. Six months of experience in a retirement community setting is preferred, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
